...And that is why, whenever we get a bill of over $2000, we ask for a 50% down payment before the work is started, and its stated in our contract that the vehicle will not be released to anyone until the entire sum of payment is payed. Its saved us a few times, right now we have 3 cars to our name, from unpaid bills. 2 are going to the kidney foundation after the leans are completed, and the other one, is being wrote over to one of the technicians after the leans are completed.

Yea, but I aint shelling out cash for say, a replacement engine an then not get paid for it. Which is why I now have a 99 Malibu(Failbu)...

Well, I started reading all of those posts on the guy and eventually I saw all of the links to the other sites where he scammed people. Apparently he's been doing it for years with people online. He's not even a smart scammer, he admitted to it in posts and threatened to sue the people for defamation of character!
