Not to mention that when you hear something on it you KNOW who it is
and the name of the song....

Of course that tends to make you buy CD's that you wouldn't otherwise, because Sirius
plays stuff that local radio doesn't.

WTF? I tuned in at 1 am tonight to 147, Road Dog, expecting to hear the midnight radio network talk show like I used to, and.....nada, something else...

quite fustrating...Now I've got to see if they've got a schedule listed on the sirius site...

Midnight trucking is only on terestrial radio and XM now. Open road Cafe is now called the Loading Dock. Citadel radio did not renew their contract with Sirius after they bought ABC radio from Disney. The only reason Sean Hannity is still on Sirius is because he owns his show..... it is not owned Citadel.

I drive thousands of miles a week and could not get through my day with out the patriot channel, Fox news, and Octane........ some times I listen to radio classics (old radio show programs ..... you know back before TV).

I'll stick to my Free Radio and CDs, thanks is waht I voted. Fawk paying for another thing...free radio, preferably AM and my tapes.

fawk 10 minute long commercials after a 4 minute song lol. Il stick to my half hour of music with maybe 30 seconds between every other song lol. Viva la satellite radio.

My taste in music is so obscure, that MP3 CDs and free radio are just fine by me...

I tend to listen to Filk mostly...and there is no Sat Radio station that I have heard of that plays it...
