Safety Recall Notice 15s22/NHTSA Recall 15v-322

I received this notice for my '05 Ranger indicating it is one of the vehicles needing repair. My truck doesn't have side air bags, just dash and steering wheel bags. So, does this recall still pertain to my truck?

Hey I got the same notice for my '04 ranger. I have the dash light on that says air bag system needs to be checked. So I'm takimg it in just in case. It's better to be safe then sorry

Ford determines recall eligibility/applicability by VIN. If Ford sent you a letter then it applies to your vehicle.

Now on the other side of that, there isn't a fix yet. Our one advisor took 3 calls about this recall before 8:15 today.

There sure is a fix....I have changed a couple now as of last week.

Just take it to Ford and find out, you have to live sort of close to one. They are just about everywhere.
