the filler tube is from my '00, T'was leaking just a bit during refueling.

the diff is a genuine Torsen for the front of a 2000. it just arrived today, sooo it's time I get my act together and do some work!

I'm in the rust belt, that's typical. The truck was initially leased, so it wasn't undercoated during the critical first year.
Torsen is $530 brand new, I expect it to pull a lot better in deep snow and the sand dunes up in Michigan.

Or PVC or AL? The bed off repairs are getting closer. The Rat is a 94, I only fill the tank 1/2 way so I don't smell gas. :D

additional info, did not pull bed for 2000

for 2000 filler replacement the bed stays. rubber hoses come from the tank to just outside the frame where the metal neck attaches.
shown is a stepside, the styleside (flat) is about 2" longer because the side is farther out.

Sure, if a stinky tank was the only thing. Its only a "on the way by" item Frame issues, mostly the lack of a frame issues along the left side are going to be the main project. :D

That's is pretty rotten with rust!
