Rustoleum bed liner any good?

I used Herculiner (I think, it's been a while) on my 2001 F-250 and it held up quite well and is still in pretty good shape though I've since sold the truck. It's been on it for about 5 years now. It's not as good as a quality spray on, but I'm pretty sure it would have held up to a plastic bedliner. Although, the reason I put it on to start with was to get rid of the plastic bedliner. Glad I did. Threw a bed mat in on top of it for a while and eventually even pulled that out and just used the roll-on for protection. Prep is key though.
