Rugged trail suspensions

I know this isnt for a ranger but my dad let me have a 74 3/4 ton with a blown engine to tinker with cause he dont want me tearing apart my ranger just yet, cause he still owns a part of it, a small part of it lol. Anyway my uncle bought the back axle out of it for a truck he bought. Anyway his truck had what i believe to be a rugged trail lift in it that i can probably get off of him for cheap. He just wanted a work truck so he took it out. Cant find anything on these suspensions. Any opinions on it would be great.

By the way i found an axle underneath a pickup trailer and opting for a 460 out of an old Grande Marquee or however u spell it.

The lift came out of what type of truck? You want to mod it to work on your 2004? The 460 is also going in your '04 with a trailer axle?

This is all very confusing. More details would help to get the opinions you seek.

srry it is confusing this is for a 74 ford 3/4 ton lol. i sure wish i could put it in my ranger. i just wanted to know if the lift is of quality or not

No clue. Rugged Trail is typically as good as most is the best I can tell you. And while not a direct boltup, it could be done on the ranger, have a look at this site for all the possibilities.

I'd say make shure that axle has the correct gearing u need to match the front. Drop a motor in it and have a good time with it....

I wish my 77 was 4wd.......
