Could be ECT sensor causing that, assuming it just does it on cold start, not on all starts like you say

ECT sensor is new but that doesn't necessarily mean anything these days. It's literally every time you start it, I think it's related to the computer as it never did that before I swapped it.

Gonna let it ride for now. I've got some bigger suspension issues to sort out. At least wheel bearing are easier to trouble shoot! ha.

Yes, could be a glitch in the IAC Valve voltage circuit in the computer, it cuts voltage and then restores it
