yesterday i drove through water about id say 2 and a half feet deep and i turned my truck off... then about an hour later i tried starting it again and it wouldnt start... unless the gas was to the floor... today i changed all the spark plugs still idles rough and from like 500 rpms to about 3500-4000 rpms its really sluggish

any thoughts on what this could be?

If you shut your truck off when the muffler is under water you should not start it back up. When you start your truck, the exhaust sucks air in through the muffler and then runs...If your muffler is under water when you start your truck, it will suck water up through your exhaust pipe. I don't know how far the water went on your truck but I would check for cracks in the exhaust manifold or muffler......
