Rough idle after reving, after tune up.

I am having the problem above. I did not do the tune up. its how i received the truck.

I see several people were having this problem and thee were numerous suggestions for solving the problem. For everyone who had/has this problem, did you take off your intake to change the plugs?

I will start troubleshooting hopefully next weekend.
