OK, im purchasing a Rough Country 4 inch suspension lift, as well as there 3 inch body lift. I dont do any 4-wheeling, so wheel travel and things of the such are not important. It is a street only truck, I'm just tired of it being the smallest truck in my driveway. Has anyone put both lifts on their truck, my only concerns are the brake lines, and the steering extension. Does anyone know if Rough Country's suspension and body lift both have steering column extensions that work together? Otherwise i guess ill just go with the suspension lift, but i would like to do both. Being that its only a street truck, im going the cheaper route, obviously if i was on trails i would go to a higher quality product.
Thanks,
Shawn

Well, the steering 'extensions' will probably consist of a drop pitman arm from rough country for the suspension and the one with the body lift will be a steering shaft extension, and they will work together.
If your not doing any offroading, brake lines should not be a problem if your wheel travel will be minimal.

What size tires are you looking to fit?

i put those exact 2 lifts on my truck and have no problems with them. I had bought the extended brake lines for it but sent them back when i realized i didnt need them. the suspension lift does come with a drop pittman arm and the body lift has an extension for the steering shaft. i do have pics of my truck if you would like to see them

ok, drop pitman arm and steering shaft extension. My fault, i have more words in my head than whats good for me.
Redneck1, if you could send me some pics to my aol account, TheSoups2322@aol.com
Id appreciate it.

sorry, for the long delay, as far as what tires im trying to fit, right now on the truck are supposively 31's, but they measure like 29", but im going to wear them down and put some 33/12.5's under the truck, evidently i need a 3.75 backspacing to fit them with little or no rubbing issues. Anyone recommend an aggressive looking tire that is complient with my all the time street use?
