Don't post alot here, but read a whole lot. I had a rust problem with my '99 Ranger. I have alot of friends that owh body shops and they kept telling me about a roll on primer made by Transtar. I was really reluctant to try it, but being in the parts buisness, I was able to get some free samples to try. Man, this stuff is absolutly the best stuff I have ever used. With miminal effort and a low budget, I was able to fix the rust quickly. Check the photos

Not bad for about 1 hour worth of work. I 180'ed the rust. 220'ed to feather the edges, and then rolled this on. I wet sanded with 600. I used a roller brush kit, with the sponge type rollers from the Dollar General store for about a dollar. That was in december in about 35 degree weather. It looks exactly the same today. This stuff works and is compliant with all federal, state and local laws. the part numbers are
Primer: 6464
Activator: 6467
I got through O'Reilly Auto Parts
