rims

i have a 2000 ford ranger xlt and was wondering if i could puy the rims from my old 86 dodge w150 on my ranger. the rims i belive were 15x8 but i cant remember the bolt patern size i know they had 5 bolt patern on them. any input would be nice. thanks alot.

The ones on your ranger are 5 on 4.5" and the older dodges I am pretty sure had the same pattern but the newer ones (80 something and up) should have 5 on 5.5".
