I want new wheels and I was wondering somewhere (besides summitracig, jegs) to get black or black and red wheels for relatively cheap. And should I put a 16x8 on it or 15x8. Everyone tells me different things

With an 03 I'd stick with the 16" wheel, that's what they gave you from the factory. Have you checked local ads and craigslist?

Usually summit will have the best prices on new wheels, you could do some ebay shopping too and see if you get lucky.

It depends on what look you want, what tire style, there should be more than enough room for brake clearance for 15" You need to be more concerned with the correct off set than the diameter, or you can pull yours and paint them black, I shopped and good a really nice set of Americans with 31's and 80% tread for $400, off of craigslist, also Pepboys in my area has a nice selection, and there prices are good to, keep in mind that those black off road wheels weight alot, unsprung weight, so you may need to upgrade your shocks as well

Well the truck sits low even with the stock 16's it had on it. I already bought a wheel like this
