Ride control helpers?

These say they mount on the rear shocks, is it that easy?
Any difference in ride comfort?
Has anyone used them before?

They would likely make it ride a bit harder as they are supposed to help increase the load capacity of your truck.

Yes it is that easy. You can also look into AALs (Add A leaf) because they are pretty much the same thing.
