I was at the in laws and he had some wet sand paper kicking around so I thought I would try and polish up the headlights cuz they were faded when I was sanding them I took some of the blue off by mistake and it came off so easily that I kept going with it like I had OCD, I just couldn't stop until my wife told me to take her home.
Its raining very lightly right now and I just got home from my last graveyard shift this week, I cant sleep so I'm heading over there to drink and work on it a bit more would have been working on it through the week but I live the condo life.

I was a little soar from working on the truck yesterday but I did manage to fab up a roll pan and do some touch up on the sides.
Next I have to finish sanding the roof and hood then fix the rust over the wheel wells, then a bit more touch up and sanding then I can rocker guard it and clear coat. Final cost should be around $120. Yea haaw!

Here is an updated picture...its sanded, the spray bomb touch up had way more metal flecks and slight different color so I sprayed the whole truck with a good base coat. No clear coat yet. Gotta hold off with the rest of the rocker guard until the rust is fixed.

wow... looks nice, but that blue spray bomb didnt look tooo bad, but the charcole loooks a helluva lot better

awesome. i need to get off my arse and paint my truck and sand off the rust bubbles... id like to sand off all the paint and redo it green again, or a dark grey but who knows... truck went from bad paint job to awesome. looks real nice. doing paint that way always looks good.

That looks a 1000 times better. Same colors i had planned for my next gen one also. How many tubes of grease did your elbow go through?
