Reusing upper intake gaskets?

Question:

At some point (possibly when I pull my motor to replace the oil pan) I'll need to replace my leaky valve cover gaskets. Obviously I'll need to remove the upper intake to do that.

Can I reuse the metal upper intake gasket or do I need to replace it every time I remove the upper intake?

I replaced my valve cover gaskets without touching the intake. 1991 4.0

I just did that same job last weekend, the Upper Intake gasket was cheaper than the valve cover gaskets.
