Replacing Quarter Glass 2nd Gen Question

I am looking for insight on replacing the quarter glass for my 92 Ranger Extended Cab.

Currently I have the movable glass but the holes for the hinges have become worn and the window moves a decent amount whether opened or closed.

My first question would be has anyone replaced the movable glass with the solid glass? What bracket would be required?

I know I should be able to pull all this from the junkyard but want to know what I should get from there.

My second question. If I were to retain the movable windows has anyone sourced new glass or has it been junkyard reclaims?

The hinge side should be held on with aluminum rivets. When I went to the scrapper to find the hinged glass for my 88.. I looked at at 4 of them before I found one that was tight with no play. Once I pulled them I went back to the loose ones to see exactly why they were moving. The rivets were worn. The holes in the spring steel hinge plate didn't look to be worn at all.

Thanks for the information. I will definitely have to look into that.
