Ive got myself into a little bit of a pickle. I have the bed from my truck that I rolled on my driver side. I drove two hours with a trailor to get a truck bed to find out that it has damage on the passenger side and for 150 bucks I wasnt goin home empty handed. I screwed around using different dent pullers to get it out and no success. I was wondering how hard it would be or if at all possible to cut the panel off of the passenger side of my original truck bed and putting it on the bed that I just got. If anybody has done this please let me know and details would be very much appreciated. Im gonna have a friend of the family thats a body man check it out but I would like to do this for free.

You can replace that bedside. You'll need to drill all of the spotwelds to remove it, which is in the viscinity of 40 or so on each bedside. I suggest getting yourself a good spotweld bit for cutting the bedside off of the good bed, since you don't want to drill all the way through if you're welding it back on! On the old bed you can just use a regular drill bit and drill all the way through the spotwelds.

Thanks. I saw one of those bits online. If it looks like having someone fix it is gonna be really expensive Im gonna try it.
