In the process of fixing my leaky window id like to fix my headliner. I'm curious what methods you guys have used to get this headliner out of the ext cab? Since I'm getting my window done ill try and get it out the back.

Pretty sure it wont go out the back. Needs to go out the front.

If you remove the seats and pass door, you can get it out the door with ALMOST no bending (would go better if steering column was dropped but ya gotta stop somewhere) - got one out of a JY truck this way

I think Ford says to remove the rear window on my of their pickup trucks with anything past a regular cab. I'm not sure about the Ranger though.

I was able to remove my headliner from an 86 ranger with extend cab by removing the passenger seat. It took some twisting and just a little gentle bending on the headliner. Be sure to use Headliner spray glue. Got mine at Joanne's Fabrics. Used a fleece material because it stretches a little bit. After gluing the headliner material to the headliner form, I let it dry over night before reinstalling. That way gravity wouldn't separate it.

X2 I used 3M headliner spray glue and actual headliner material though

Sent from the road while ignoring traffic

I've taken them out the passenger door with no seats, and I believe I've had one out the back with the window out.
