replacement for 1350 electric shift?

What can I use to replace my 1350 electric shift T-case? will an explorer
t-case thats manual shift bolt in? if i swap over to D35 at the same time can I just take the explorer frnt D shaft? and will replacing the electric shift t-case with a manual one screw up anything computer related on the truck?

the transfer case is not controlled by the PCM. you can swap in a BW1350 manual or a BW1354 manual with no problem. If you go with the BW1354, you will need a new front driveshaft.

when you get the Tcase from the truck, grab that piece of the wiring harness that goes to the tcase. you will need to pull the seat to unplug it and pull it out from the inside with the rubber grommet.

I dont know if it will work on your truck but if it doesnt, someone may want to buy it.

Not if he uses the Explorer front driveshaft and t-case like he wants to do Good luck finding a manual 1354, they're fairly rare.

Hey i think i struck gold lol I found a 92 ranger with an 8.8 rear a D35 front, and a manual shift BW1354 t-case!! at my local wreckers i'm ripping the stuff out tomorrow and the front end, rear end, frnt driveshaft, radius arms, coils springs and transfer case will only run me 255 bucks!!
