Found a 92 ranger at the junkyard with a 4.0 trying to take the wiring out my (for a bronco swap )question is where the wires go under the blower motor do you have to take the dash out to get the wires out?

No, you don't have to take the dash out.

You do need to "Trip" the rubber seal out of
the hole and shove the harness OUT from inside towards the engine bay AFTER
disconnecting the computer from the 60-pin plug.
