Any one know how it comes off. I think it prys out with the injectors but dont want to breK anything. Someone help me......

thats how i done mine, removed the upper manifold and then pryed up on it,not sure if its the right way but it worked

Thats how its done, just be carefull not to break them they are plastic and dont lose the ruber o rings on the ends of them. Good luck

no, do lose the o-rings. You are supposed to replace them every time you take the rail off. And for $5 a set why not? Better than having to pull the intake again later if they start leaking.

just make sure you have all of the bolts holding it down. there are 3?

There are 4 bolts with 8mm heads holding the rail to the lower intake. The valve cover on the drivers side makes it a little difficult to get a socket on the 2 on that side. With those 4 bolts removed, you rock the rail with injector loose from the lower intake. Make sure no dirt or gunk gets on the o-rings during reassembly. Use light oil on the o-rings.

do automotive parts store have these fuel injecto o-rings for sale, or are they only available at Ford dealers?

does anyone know what size these o-rings are?

pryed mine off too, had to remove the upper manifold of course. just be careful with it and you'll be fine.
