Release bearing question

So ford has 2 different style release bearings? The one on the right is what came off my transmission and was in my new clutch kit. The style on the left was on the used transmission I picked up to replace my junk. Does it matter which style I use? Thanks

Either is fine

Make sure you use a self-adjusting pressure plate, you still need a good bleed but self-adjusting a way more forgiving, also just easier driving with clutch release/engage at the same place on pedal travel for life of clutch disc
