Relays for 92 Ranger

I need help before I break something. I've found the fuse box above the relays but don't know how to access the relays. It looks to me like the top is suppose to separate from the bottom which holds the relays but am not for sure. My Haynes manual is no help at all in regards to this. Thanks.

My relays just pull out after you open the lid of the fuse box.

It is that way on my 97 Ranger but the 92 is a complete different animal. What year model do you have? On my 92 the relays are just below the fuses.

ive found it easier to unbolt the fuse block for access to the relays
