Recommended uprades 98 3.0L ??

running my 98 Ranger Xlt 4x4. I already have the air intake. should i get a turbonator? electric turbo? or maybe anyone recommend a specefic performance chip? or maybe performance plugs?
Any tips will do that i'll look into. better mpg is always nice...so is Hp. hehe have fun with this thread

3.0L and power/performance don't go in the same sentence, much less the same paragraph...you can try bolting on a turbocharger with low boost levels, a couple have attempted this, or you can locate a 4.0L and do the swap, gaining both power/performance and mpg
