rear upper shock mount on driver side broke today, im kinda pissed. the bolt part snapped off right after where the shock is in place, so its still holdig the shock, but no room to put a nut on to keep it there. do i need to replace the whole mount? and i cant weld if it needs to be and i cant afford to pay someone to do it.

that or pop a new mount on.

does a new mount just get bolted to the frame?

Yup you have to drill or grind and punch out the factory rivets that hold the origional to the frame and bolt in a new one.

thanks for the help guys, im going to drill and tap and hopefully that will hold up for me, if not ill be grabbing the whole mount from my friends abandonded 95
