Rear shock mounting

To be honest if your looking for cool, innovative things or outside the bolt on box, ideas you won't find it here on TRS. If you want links Ryan let me know.

I'm gonna go with the 10-15* backwards tilt and mount them to the spring pad. Just gotta figure where to mount my top shock tower then.

Thanks Joel

Ahh, excellent question. I have thought this same question. What is the purpose of having one shock facing forwards and one facing back, like the stock setup on the Ranger? I also need this info for my upcoming axle swap.

CopyKat, your saying mount both facing back towards the rear bumper at a 10-15º angle?

The reason for one forward and one to the rear from the factory is to help aid against axle wrap.

Think I should mount both busings in phase with each other or should i have the top bushing 90* to the bottom bushing?
