I have a 89 ranger, 2.9l. Replaced rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, trans gasket, still leaking. Saw a post about this and he did all this also but he said he also replaced all bottom seal, what does these mean. After he replaced all theses seal he said vola , no more leaks.

There are a million places for oil to leak out of. If you're SURE that your new gaskets are NOT leaking, then it could be coming from the lower intake, distributor seal, oil pan, oil filter adapter, transmission torque converter seal....................... where are you seeing oil coming out of?

Welcome to TRS :)

Assuming its motor oil and not transmission fluid if its an automatic

If oil is coming out quite fast then its the rear main seal thats leaking, its a pressure leak, not a gravity leak like oil pan or valve covers which just drips now and then

The crank surface where the seal rides can be scuffed up or just has a wear mark where the old seal was riding, so new seal can't hold the oil back, still leaks

You can get rear main seal sleeve kits, they come with a thin metal sleeve that slides over the crack surface, and the new slightly larger seal rides on its smooth surface
Very common to do this on older engines

How did the crank look when you replaced the seal?
did it show any scratches or scuffs on the surface where seal rides?

I would of used the 4.0 Ford seal which is installed with the wear ring. It does require a special tool . Have 2 installed , no leaks .
