Need help quick. Dropping my motor in this second and waiting to put the tranny on for replacing the rear main seal. How do I do it without tearing the motor apart?!

if you dont have alot of tools you can use a couple of sheet metal screws, use a puch to make a small hole screw them in then use a slide hamer with an attachment to pull the seal out the screws need to be away from the crank journal as far as possable so as not to damage it just above the the outer lip on the seal be carefull punching the holes dont drill, crap will go in the engine, the new seal can be driven by shaveing the old seals outer rubber thats bonded to the steel ring, then use the outer face of the old seal to driver the new seal in evenly with light and even tapping of a hammer going around the perimeter, some times you can get away with a pair of vice grips on the screws and pull the seal by hitting the grips on the nose with a hammer
