rear main repair sleeve

Anyone have a recommendation on a style sleeve or brand? links would be awesome. I have had two rear mains fail in a week and they were different brands and I installed one and my buddy did the other and we went by the book. I am going to give it another go but this time I'm going to try to sleeve it even though the crank looks perfect.

Fel-pro makes good products.

But you should not have had 2 failures that quickly??

I would get/rent a dial gauge, magnetic base if possible, mount it to the block, set up the gauge and turn the crank 360deg., to see if crank journal is round.
0.002 is maximum runout for a main seal journal.

I'll check it again but I actually had already done that once and i had less than .001 (I couldnt see it lol) but ill double check it.
