Alright so, I have myself a 93 ranger sxt extended cab with the 2 piece driveshaft. I remember seeing on here someone had swapped the 2 piece for a single shaft, but I can't for the life of me remember which ones were somewhat compatible, would 2wd shafts work? if not which specific years could work? any comments and or answers would be appreciated :icon_bounceblue:

'98-'00 4x4 Supercab steel shafts are best for the swap. The later aluminum (and TSB retrofit) ones can be used also, but requires that you also swap your t-case flange, and possibly swap your gas tank skidplate with the one from the driveshaft donor, as I'm not sure your existing one can be trimmed enough for the Al shaft to clear fully.
