rear drive shaft question. cv to non cv

My B2 has a 4" lift, the driveshaft in mine is...well...actually some sort of bastard creation. It has a double cardan joint at both ends! I know it isn't stock...It was on the truck when I bought it, the truck was completely stock then, no lift or anything. It works fabulous and has absolutely no vibration. It is downpouring here in the East, I'll try to get a pic of it and load it up.

usually the only ones who need a double carden at both ends are the lifted jeep or lifted landcruiser guys
