Per http://www.therangerstation.com/resources/RangerHistory.htm:
"Not available in EV form was the Ford Ranger with extended SuperCab, which for 1998 offered dual rear-hinged back doors, a feature not available on any other contemporary compact pickup. Also for 1998, the Ranger's base engine grew from 2.3 liters to 2.5."
So 1998-present models. I really wish had those rear doors, it's a pain to need to move the seats forward and wedge things in and out from behind them. Glad I got the ext cab though.
Yeah, the jump seats have been offered since the 80s, but your question was jump seats with rear doors (which is a huge convenience feature that I would opt for if given the opportunity). I wish I was able to find a Ranger with that set up and the manual transmission when I bought mine.
