anyone has a diagram or pics of his rear bumper lift brackets?
i just did my own body lift, and i cant figure how to raise the rear bumper.

thanks! :icon_thumby:

im not sure how i plan to go about raising the rear bumper on my truck either. ive got a receiver incorporated into the bumper itself so i dont want to raise it any higher than it already will be.

Hell, My PA 3" lift didn't have anything for the rear.

I got some 1/2" flat steel, punched some holes for the frame bolts and a big 1" hole at the end for some shackles, then notched the bottom of the bumper and welded it together.

How much lift are we talking?

its a 2" body lift. i would lift it like 1" and be cool with it.
i was thinking about simething simple, but the tire carier housing sits really tight next to the bumper brackets.

seems like im gonna have to make sothing custom with my cousin :icon_welder:

when i did one on my other truck i just took a piece of diamond plate running board and used some stainless steel screws and mounted it under the tailgate. drilled the hole or the spare tire location.. just a thought????????????

See the post just down below this. We dicussed this topic several times on this site. Hope that helps you out, Bro!!!

i was thinkin about covering the gap with diamond plate, but im not too fan of that.

My Ranger is a 99 and it came with front and rear bumper relocation brackets. I bought the PA bl brand new and installed it. See the photo below. I did this years ago and PA still has the brackets. If you used the PA kit give them a cal or call them anyway to see if they have a set they will sell you, Bro!!!
