Rear brakes chatter when taking off, after stopping. Drum brakes. Like rear brakes not releasing. Is that the pistons seized up in the wheel cylinder bore? Or is it a proportioning valve problem? Goes away after you get moving. Pulled the drums off and everything looked normal. The drums weren't stuck either. A little background. Started after changing the brake booster. I used the tool to set the pin adjustment. I think I got it right. Thanks.

Do you use your parking brake? It's very common for those cables in the rear to rust internally and stick.

You can get someone to work the parking brake while you are watching the cables on the driver's side frame. Make sure the cables extend and retract right where they go into the sheath. If one of them is not moving, it is stuck.
