need the 2 pins that come out of the wheel cylinder and the bar for the ebrake. went to a shop and they had no idea where to get them. HELP!!

Your local pull a part is probably your best and cheapest option.
Look at Rock Auto as well.

Is this for the 97 or the 03 you have listed in your profile? Couldn't find anything on the 03 but the 97 i know the part off hand for the bar. It's Dorman- 21135 rock auto should have it. I ordered some a while back for my 97. I have 10 inch brakes but the bar still worked even though it says for 9 inch brakes. As for the pins easiest method i would think is to just buy a new wheel cylinder. Should come with new pins. Hope this helps some. That dorman bar may work on your 03 but looking at dormans site they don't sell the bar for an 03.

Its for the 03, did buy an new cylinder and i did not come with the pins, I figured it would. ill check out that bar and see whats up. Thanks for the responses guys.

Glad to help. Then i would say your best bet for the pins is from a yard. If they are a little rusty or nasty nothing some WD40 or PB Blaster can't fix. Then i would assume you could put a thin coating of grease or something on them to prevent rust.

I did find both those items last Fall but sure can't now. I thought it was Advance Auto. Have the link/bar right here - part number stamped on it is Bendix 3211461. Those pins for the wheel cylinder are pretty common but don't see them anywhere either. Got the rear end out of a 2000 all torn down so I have the parts if you need a picture or measurement.

Thanks Dave. I posted a eBay link a few post up. Can u see if yours match the measurements that that posted on that listing?

Here is a screen shot of the pins and the description. Let me know if they seem to be the same.

Those look very close to what I have. Don't mention what the dia is that goes into the cylinder. Several close ones have been used by Ford.
Mine measure 2 1/16" long with a 5/8" deep, .206" wide slot and a 5/16" dia at cylinder end. They have a taper at the slot end while those shown are stepped down to maybe same size.

The parking brake link bar is shown next to them, ruler for reference.

These are very similar cylinder pins for early Mustang. Looked all over for the proper Ranger ones, even LMC.

I got those pins from NAPA in a rear brake rebuild kit.Don't remember if the bars were in it though. It was a couple of years ago so I don't have a part number, Rock Auto usually has the same parts as NAPA. I have both in my garage for a 92-93 don't know if they are same size?
