Guys, on a 95 xl 2wd 4 banger, is the brake line from the MC to the rear hose one piece or is there a coupling that I can't see? I sprung a leak at the end of the line where it meets the hose. The line rusted out and don't want to fab a new one with all the bends.

Also what size tubing is this line 3/16, 1/4 or 5/16

Thanks

Its 3/16 line, it will be all one piece from the factory. Find a part of the line which is still solid and not all rusty and cut it there, put a flare nut on the line and then reflare the line. Use a union and add the piece of line after that. You will have to do some bending still, bit its not like its hard.

Thanks, thats probably what I will have to do. Unfortunately the length that runs along the frame is all rusty. I may have to union it where it drops down from the MC

Then you may as well replace it right from the MC, no sense not replacing the last couple of feet of line if that is the case.
