I'm pissed cuz the edge digital gauges aren't compatible with the ranger from what I can tell but I don't care that they advertise them up there. Pays for the site, more power to them.

Dodge pays the advertising company that pays the website owner to display the ads. Website owner has no control over what ads show...

(Well, there are ways to block it, but that's a battle you will never win)
