i have the same certificate geek squad is required to have to work as a tech and i dont know squat. my highschool offered the thousand dollar certificate for 20 bucks as a university level course but i just took it for the credit. although im to smart to just get a job there or a similair place, cause i dont know jack, but some people think they do and so we get screwed. be careful picking the place to get your computer fixed!
ps the certificate is called IT essentials, and i have completed the course but dont get the certificate until next year
