Read this if your looking to get a new phone. bad experience!

so last week i bought a pantech crux. it was a sweet phone for the first few days. its fully touchscreen, good MP3 player, decent camera and takes video too. it has apps like a smartphone without having to have the optional data plan.

then after two days it completely Sh*t out on me. it froze and went to the startup screen and stayed there. so i thought thats just my luck . so i call and they send me a new one which i got yesterday, i activated it no more than four hours ago and it already did the same thing.

so needless to say, i highly recommend you dont get this phone! at least until they work all the bugs out.

I just got suckered into the US Cellular free phone deal. So I'm waiting on my new Samsung Mesmerize Droid phone. I had a Samsung Caliber before that for a year and I had to have it sent off cause it keep shutting off. I swear I had less problems out of that cheap ass penny blue flip phone I had before the first "smart phone"! That sucks dude!

I305? I get complemented on mine's brickness every time it comes out. 6 years old now too. I love my old ass Motorola, makes calls and not much else! (not much else to go wrong I say). They've been making phones make phone calls digitally for decades.

well i want and got a 3rd phone from verizon and within a half hour it did tyhe same thing. im gonna try it one more time when it comes in the mail. this sucks cause i really like the phone and dont see any other ones that i like.

well, the fourth times definatley not the charm. i just got the new one in the mail maybe an hour(?) ago and it already did the same thing. time to pick a different phone. ugh

four phones in a week, must be some kind of record.

yah, i even let he first one sit overnight without the battery in it and that didnt work either. oh well

Have you searched the internet for answers? I remember when I still used a pager if the pager went insane we were told to put the battery in backwards for a minute to reset the pager. Maybe there is some secret squirrel command that resets the phone.

Sounds like your house is being bombarded with high frequency rays from the mother ship...they're probably trying to contact you on your old phone...

I have an old audiovox that is so basic...but it has been fairly reliable...just recently considered changing when I put too much pressure on the screen and causes a big blotch to appear...it's almost recovered though...maybe it's an electronic bruise...I should try applying hot and cold to it for a few days...

But, I'd say there is something else at play with yours...is your microwave on when this happens?

no the microwave want on lol. but ive heard of people that cant wear watches cause something in thier skin kills the eletronics in it. my mom has this dilemna, so im thinkin it might be hereditary and i just keep killing the phone with my awesome electronic killing skin skills. im like a phone killing ninja.
