Re-joining the Ranger community

Hello,

Been out of this site for the past 2 years.. I used to be the proud owner of a '94 Super Cab 4.0 Ranger that I sold to get an SUV (twins on the way back then).

2 weeks ago got a call from my buddy I sold the truck to saying that he was putting it on sale, and I got it back (I guess I'll never learn lol). The truck is "almost" in the same condition I left it besides a broken transfer case shift motor (on its way) and minor details based on how picky I am. My buddy took good care of it.

So anyways, it's good to be back!!!

Its good you got it back in good condition. I've seen too many of my old cars go to hell.

So have I. But then, I got my old ranger back in pretty fair shape. I rotated the tires to something approaching normal and replaced the heater core. Now all I need to do is replace the cam and followers along with the head gasket.

I hear you, it's just really easy to let the small details pile up... I was driving the truck down the road this morning with the windows open and heard this squeaking noise I'm sure it's the passenger side wheel bearings.... another thing for the to-do list

I have a 94 4.0 as well.
Just did the rear shackles and shock mnts./shocks.
Sounds like your 94 is back in good hands.
