not for me
Okay, I have searched and searched and searched. I currently have Walker Evans racing wheels, 16s and I want the RC 5-inch lift (I'm sure you can tell where I'm going with this) has anyone tried to fit 16s with a spacer, or even without? I have seen a few people talking about having 16s installed with that lift, but I don't know if it was a typo or mistake, most of those threads are old or on other not so trustworthy platforms (FB). I just got done reading through someone's thread about running an RC 5-inch lift with 16inch jeep wheels after they did a 2.3 eco boost swap, I will be asking if he had issues after I post this.

16” wheels came on Rangers without a lift from the factory. So, they will fit as long as the backspacing and lug pattern are correct, they fit lift or no lift.

The Rough Country 5 inch lift states 17 inch wheels are required. I think it has to do with the new knuckle that comes with the lift.

Ah didn’t know that. Thank you for the correction.

That is what rough country customer service is saying too. I have now found two people in this forum who say they have ran 16s with the RC lift. If I wasn't in Germany I'd buy the lift and throw caution to the wind but with the availability of parts it's a little too much to risk.

disregard.
