Absolutely a great movie!!!!There was at least one first gen in a Stranger Things episode.
I think there was one in Escanaba in Da Moonlight as well. Despite that movie taking place in the early 80s there was also a 97+ F-150 and an Expedition.

I just noticed the trucks at the infectious disease institute in Captain America civil war wear all rangers with steel cover over the bed.View attachment 42982

African-American Rangers?I was probably the only person annoyed at the theater that they showed three American Rangers in Africa in that movie.
Nice bumpers though.
African-American Rangers?
That blue ford was a 62-64 IIRC as it didnt have Twin I beams.Went back and started "Walking Dead" from the 1st season. Lots of old trucks in there. When they get to the Farm (2nd season), there is an old blue ford they're driving. Couple of old square body chebbies too. but lots of Rangers salt and peppered throughout the series.
I think the ranger was discontinued in the American market when that movie was made and released. So not sure how the product placement guys worked that out.... they where probably the cheapest thing to put in a short scene previously a fleet vehicle from auto zone or advanced....I think that is backwards since it is going the other way?
I figured if anything the global Ranger would be more likely to be there, not the one only sold in the Americas.
I dont know about that. But they made a whoopsThat blue ford was a 62-64 IIRC as it didnt have Twin I beams.
Didnt hershel have a 2nd gen club cab sitting with weeds growing around it on his farm?
Thats a square body.... they flash it quickly in one scene when they are on the porch the next one was the 60's truck...That is a 64-66 isnt it? Oops.
Also that is the proper bed/tailgate for that era truck
looks like a 67-73 Bumpside Ford from the tailgate, definitely not the earlier generation in the top picThats a square body.... they flash it quickly in one scene when they are on the porch the next one was the 60's truck...
You guys are right. My bad. The eariler one doesnt have the raised ridge on top of the tailgate, the 67-72 does similar to the 73-79looks like a 67-73 Bumpside Ford from the tailgate, definitely not the earlier generation in the top pic
