Ranger wiring

I recently purchased a 1993 Ranger Flash which I plan to convert to a 5.0 V- engine and carburetor.
I read all the informative information on this site but could not find any information on what to do with all the existing wiring or what must be retained with the conversion.

Welcome! Best to ask that question down in our great V-8 swap section. Been done many, many times. Important info to have would be EFI or carb and donor motor.
