Nice work. Need pictures of the shop build :)

Oh there shall be pictures!

40x36 overall foot print with a 28x36 garage space and a 12x36 storage space for my RV. Got a 10k 2 post hoist waiting to go in too. Should be good!

Must be nice to be rich!

I'd have used that roof set on poles to make a gazebo or a car port.

The building was a cluster fawk that started out life as a car port on 6 poles....it fell over once, was picked back up and walled in to make it a garage to store the previous owners boat in.

I saved the trusses to build a storage shed for my lawn tractor and other equipment.

Must be nice to be rich!

I wouldn't know, but I bet it is.

Got any quotes on the shop? I plan on building a 24x30 next year.

My original quote for a 26x40 completely finished was right around 50k plus electrical.

I will be doing most of the finish work myself on this. Just don't have the time to do the actual building of it so I am leaving that to a friend who is a contractor.

I have thought of doing that to my own garage. I think it might take less effort though.

50K??? Wow...

Well, as long as it is 15' high and has a second floor apartment you can rent out...or art studio...that would do as alternative living space for when you tear down the house and put in the mansion with the pool and horse stable...

I just recently priced lumber for a project and had to go empty my underwear after seeing the price of 2 x 12s...I'd use the word "Ridiculous" to describe how much things have gone up recently...

Anyway...nice job...and I noticed the fire going to burn up the stuff you don't need...we can't have fires in the summer in Ontario...unless we have a pack of hot dogs and buns...really...we can have a weinie roast any time but "campfires" are not allowed...?

Ya the 50k quote was one of the most reasonable. The cost of building here has sky rocketed.

I used my Ranger to pull down a garage once, when the rope snapped it broke a tooth off one of the spider gears in the 7.5"...

ain't no thang for the won tons...
