well ive found a black 92 explorer sport which ive wanted since before i bought my truck. ive put the 5.5 superlift on my ranger and was wondering what all id need to do to get the explorer sitting level in the back with my front lift off the ranger. i know the soa swap but what all is involved and need to buy. seems to be cheaper to go this route than buy a lift specific for the explorer. i know the fronts are the same as my 91 4.0 with the dana 35. thanks for the help guys.

The SOA gives around 5" lift. You need new spring perches and shock mounts welded to the axle. Its very easy.

No Rangers are "spring over" and Explorers "spring under"

A Ranger lift is typically just blocks in the back.

An explorer lift in the back is a bit more involved.
But basically ammounts to a flip kit.
