Anyone know of any that would still allow for the jump seats to be used. I have the occasional rider that comes along and dont really like someone in the middle. I just got a dual 10 sub box and put it in the back and there was roughly 5 inches on each side lol. So if ya know of any or if im just screwed please let me know. thanks

Bench seats or buckets, If buckets do you have a center console? If not you can design a 10" sub box to be a console. Otherwise good luck. It would have to be a long thin box or fit under the seats.

its like the half bench half bucket setup with the folding arm rest. by the way are 2 subs to much for such a small cab. thinking it might be better to go with just one ten in a smaller box right in the middle of the back. what you think?

Just get rid of one jump seat and put a sub in it's place. two people back there sucks anyways

do you have to make your own box to fit in that hole or are there some on the market

I would just take the pad off the seat and mount it in the stock piece thats there. then you can work on it from both sides if need be.

there was a guy on here who had some good pics of subs installed into the jump seats themselves (obviously its no longer a seat). I thought it was super smart and hope to do the same some day. He even built a box onto the backside for proper sound production

I know with my truck I lost one of the back seats. But it works in my truck cause I'm a big guy, so I don't leave room behind my seat, which meant that a box for a 12" kicker was no big deal. You can find slim boxes that rest underneath the jumper seats, but those go for 400+ dollars.

alright so basically a custom job. i was thinking of a slim box with a single slim 12 or something mounted to the back and that should be able to keep a good amount of bass and still be able to use the jump seats. right now i have the amp mounted under one of the jump seats so that it still folds out. it was just big enough haha.

I have a pretty big box for 2 12s. All I did is make the speaker wires long enough to stand the box upright behind the driver seat when someone is back there. Or cut out the center seat and drop a 10" bazooka tube in there, best idea I ever came up with :) I miss that set up. Great sound and perfect height for an arm rest with tons of space in the cab still

I'm in the same situation as this guy is in, I'm looking for ideas for a set-up that will allow me to use both jump seats. But I think that MTX Thunderform set up won't work the older trucks. It says it only works on the newer 4-door trucks.

A vertical set up? That has to be the greatest idea I've ever heard of! Next time, that's what I'll be doing, 2 12" stacked behind the driver seat!

Just temporarily while someone sits back there. Other than that you'll bass will be off balanced, if you're that anal about sound quality as I am
