The idea of selling the remaining axle to buy materials for the arms isnt that bad. and i know where i could get some good strong tube for them. maybe they have heims too.i do feel that if you can get your hands on some good tubing, making your own y-link arms will save you some hassle for the swap and in the future..
you can make them the length you need them to get your angles right and they will be stronger

Must be something i can build without expensive stuff or machinery. and yet be able to adjust and be strong to hold up.

1/4 wall tube will be enough for you. My suggestion, set the axle under your truck where you want it, then find a spot good enough to mount the link brackets. Then measure the distance from there to axle. The upper links just need ling enough to connect to the lowers. For tons of flex the longer the arms. So with that said, you probably won't need arms as long as what I have.
