The only problem I really have had is the lift brackets kept breaking so I doubled the amount of steel on them welded the crap out of them and also added some extra support to the frame and around the steering box.
The l/s is so worn out in the front it is like having an open diff, which sux. But i never rock crawl or jump etc. I just bog a little and ride logging roads and the like. oh yeah I also crush old hondas.:taunt: I think the biggest thing is i take it really easy on it, take my time and dont show off too often.

Why dont you put some smaller tires on there? Like 36s or 35s? You'll have some more flex and you prolly stop breaking lift brackets. Truck looks good though.

I have plenty of flex. The suspension bottoms on the bumpstops before the tires rub. It had 37's on it but i got a really good deal on theses tires. I am going back with 36 or 38 in tsl's when these wear out.

awsome looking truck. How are those jba headers? I was thinking of getting a set for my 05.

nice truck, I might run my 37" boggers again down the road. I dont go to extreme offroad soo we will see what happens as far as carnage goes.

post up some flex shots!

I will when i get a chance to take it out. I have the rear end taken apart right now. Debating a lincoln locker or a detroit. I just cant bring myself to pay $450 or more for a locker when i dont drive this thing but one or two times a month.

Thanks

I love my boggers, but I will get tsl's next time. They are a lot cheaper and have better manners when brakes have to be applied quickly in the rain. Boggers and wet pavement can be very exciting. I am sure you know.
