Hello guys and gals,

I'm redoing the interior of my newly acquired 1987 Ranger:yahoo:

I pulled out the bench seat, and am planning to put in bucket seats.

1 question though, what seats are actually compatible with the Ranger? Mine is an 87 Reg Cab v6 Ranger, i went and got 2 buckets, but the floor pan was off...

Anybody know?

Thanks a million and 5 in advance!:icon_pepsi:

I was wondering will new seats out of rangers built on the 2000's bolt in older rangers say 86-88 ex-cabs?

You'll have to use seats from a Ranger based truck or take the mounting brackets off and modify them to any seat you have.

i have 2006 ranger buckets mounted in my 93. they bolted right in. i'm not sure if 86-88 have the same mounting pattern

i took seats out of a 87 Bronco II and the floor pan is different.

I really want buckets, and am getting frustrated, lol... help! lol

If I remember correctly there is a tech library article on which seats will fit in your Ranger.

just buy a set of Beard race seats and modify your brackets. thats what i did.
